Franco Frattini , former Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Italian Republic, after a meeting with the High Representative in Italy of the Kurdistan Regional Government-Iraq,Mrs. Rezan Kader, once again expressed concern about the violence against the people Kurdish, recalling the exceptional efforts of the Peshmerga forces to fight terrorism and defeat Daesh and expressed the hope that the Italian Government would work with the Iraqi authorities for an institutional dialogue to be launched quickly, avoiding unilateral actions by Baghdad at the expense of the Kurdistan Region and the Kurds.
