Recording Company List of documents to be submitted at KRG Italy Representation for legalization

1. Company profile;

2. Certification of the chamber of commerce in extended form;

3. Article of incorporation and article of association;

4. UNICO model (last year) with the receipt of successful electronic transmission to the revenue agency ;

5. Corporate budget (last year) in the form required by Italian law, with the receipt of the deposit to the Chamber of Commerce if legally due; in the case of non-submission , the legal representative of the Company shall declare, in the case of the Company which has the filing requirement , whether the partner’s meeting approved the financial statements, attaching a copy of the memorandum of the meeting where it was approved the financial statements.

If, instead, the budget has not been filed because not approved by the partner’s meeting , this fact is due impediment to the registration in the Kurdistan Region, in accordance with its laws and regulations.

When, finally, in case of groups of professionals unified in professional offices, shall be presented the individual statements of income for each member of the last year.

6. Letter of intent on company letterhead signed by the legal representative of the company ( All.1 );

7. Power of attorney signed by the legal representative in which : a) is appointed the chief management officer of the branch b) the chief management officer is authorized to make all necessary arrangements for the completion of the registration process , c) is appointed a local advisor.

8. Signed power of attorney , in the event that the legal representative has not appointed the advisor of the company , with which is authorize the chief management officer to appoint a lawyer in the Kurdistan Region;

9. Statement by the legal representative of the company with subscription notarized, in which the legal representative assumes responsibility , jointly and severally with the chief management officer appointed , the activity of the branch in the Kurdistan Region ;

10. Copy of passport and identity card valid of the legal representative of the company and the person may be appointed as chief management officer of the branch;

11. Any other useful information

NOTE: The documents must be presented in original and a certified copy as provided by law. All documentation must be submitted in Italian and translated into English, Kurdish or Arab, with translation done by a sworn translator and sworn at the Court of jurisdiction. All the documentation must be legalized at the competent Prefecture (Legalization Office) so that it has value for abroad. The documents must be submitted by the legal representative of the company or a substitute provided with a proxy on letterhead and in duplicate, together with their valid identity documents to be submitted in original and copy. The Representation office, receipt the documentation submitted by the applicant and made formal controls, will return it to the applicant in the legalized form after 5 working days from the presentation.

Obviously, the above checks and its legalization will not be contextual to the presentation.
